Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your Anova device in its original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
